## How a product enquiry works

We source on request. Nothing on these pages is an offer of stock; price, quantity and specification are fixed in the sales contract.

1. **You specify**: Name the product, the standard it must meet, the quantity, the destination and the delivery window.
2. **We source**: We look for a seller able to supply and carry out preliminary checks on both parties.
3. **You contract**: Buyer and seller agree the terms. We then coordinate storage, shipping and documents to delivery.
